Come to Our Groundbreaking

Upper‑Level Outdoor Patio
Classic Outside, Modern Inside
A four-story brick building at Smallman & 26th, standing for more than seventy-five years and now fully renovated as thirty-eight condominium residences. The brick is repointed, the original window openings are reglazed in their multi-pane pattern, and the round columns stay exposed inside the homes. On the roof — seven new residences in aluminum and glass.
Every home has a balcony, set within the building's walls rather than hung off the facade. Thick floors and walls keep the homes quiet. Ceilings are tall, light is everywhere, and private storage comes with every residence — on your own floor wherever possible.
Seven Residences Above the Brick
Built new on the roof: four two-story Rooftop Townhomes with private roof decks, and three single-level flats with glass on three sides. The rooftop terrace, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor fireplace are shared by the whole building — and every home at W Lofts, rooftop included, is a condominium.

Thoughtful By Design

Two elevators for thirty-eight homes — one rebuilt inside the original shaft.
Lower-level fitness center, with room for stretching and yoga.
A residents' wine cellar on the lower level.
A dog wash on the lower level, plus bike lockers.
